A large rock (at the Mens Pool)  near the bottom of the beach steps near the Cup1 Photopoint site has fractured, with the northern section of the rock breaking into a number of pieces, the largest of which appears to have moved northward several metres.

As we can see the river from our dining/lounge room we were wondering why the river wasn't dropping, so decided to investigate.
The sea is coming across from time to time, the sea being very rough. With wind, etc no wonder the river can't get out. But it will again soon as a lot of water pouring in. The little bridge at the bottom of the road to our farm is only 10-20 cm below. It floods at lest once a year, taking soil and gravel with it! But usually a month later.
Photos taken at 3.20pm. High tide at 1.40pm (Port Campbell).

Curdies has just been breached have some rough photos from photo points.
4m seas and strong winds had trouble keeping on my woolly hat.
High tide was at 11.38am. Note the missing lamp over the road bridge! Came down with wind last night.
