Film visible on water surface Flow full of eddies & whirlpools also visible distinct short backflow going upstream Flats waterlogged but no visible water. Flats upstream mill between G5&G4 still underwater. Cape pond weed prolific on all flats around G5. Huge no. water fowl in these areas |
