Beautiful balmy morning. Carpark and overflow park busy with many surfing - some excellent breaks affording long rides.

Surface frothing observed at Mullet Creek Bridge also present at river mouth.

Lee and I were there at peak low tide so the water was not touching the AHD level. Apparently there are Hooded Plovers on the estuary but Lee and I did not see any. We saw lots of seagulls.
