Water risen over fishing platform, strong east wind withwaves up to10 cm. Bubbles on the surface of the water.
River artificially opened at 3pm today.

Some water visible onthe flats from runoff due to heavy rain. G6 recorded 77ml in rain gauge, most of flood water between g6 and g4 has drained away.
60 black ducks upstream of G5 and 24 downstream.
