Great work on the recent observations.  Interesting to note that streamflows are still being maintained (just!) after basically five months of very little to no rain.  Luckily we haven't had a lot of swells of late, and sand/sediment at the mouth subsequently remains quite low (shown by the bridge footings still well exposed in images 3 & 4).  Big seas will however arrive at some stage, and if this happens prior to rainfall and streamflows, the mouth could naturally close.  Will be a good one to keep an eye on!  Looks like the weather turned it on too!  Thanks Jarred.
