Several small (<10cm) silvery fish noted at the water surface between fishing platforms. One larger fish jumped out of water near bank opposite monitoring platform.

Leonie had reported that EC could not be successfully calibrated, but have recorded EC readings for your interest.

Rod reported that they had to re-calibrate YS1 for dissolved oxgyen, but we did not need to do so.

A family was fishing from the regular monitoring platform, so we monitored from platform next door. They showed us a fish they had caught, thought to be a mullet of some type, which had several red  (haemorrhagic in appearance) spots along its back and sides. The fish was alive, in a bucket of water, approximately 25cm in length. It was released back into the creek. They had also caught something much smaller and threw it back-do not know if it had any red spots.

A Stand-up paddle boarder  went past, whilst monitoring, and there was swimming and paddling further up-stream.
