Notes

Great work on the monthly testing everyone.  System looks well mixed with good WQ conditions throughout the estuary following the recent ARMO.  Flow rates are interesting/challenging at present - enough to consistently raise the water level - but not enough to maintain an open tidal system...  Looks as though we may need to perform another artificial opening in the coming weeks t once again alleviate short-term impacts of flooding, as long as Safe, Appropriate & Effective conditions exist.  Thanks Jarred.
